The Office of Graduate Studies invites all graduate and professional students to attend our annual Graduate Student Welcome Event on August 20, 2026 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM in the Seaton Hall Courtyard. This event provides an opportunity for students to connect with university and community resources, engage with fellow graduate students, and learn more about the support services available on and off campus.
Attendees can enjoy complimentary treats from Papi Churros and Pat on Tap’s Dirty Soda Bar, pick up a Graduate Studies SWAG bag, and participate in photo opportunities throughout the event. Music and possible mascot appearances will help create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for both new and returning students.
